Pathway 2 Mental Wellness is dedicated to providing compassionate counseling and support for individuals, couples, and adolescents navigating life’s challenges. Our mission is to help clients achieve greater mental, emotional, and spiritual balance through a combination of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and natural healing practices. We believe that meaningful wellness involves caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and we strive to create a supportive environment where individuals can explore challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with a renewed sense of purpose.
Our practice supports clients experiencing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship difficulties, career concerns, and life transitions. We incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered counseling. Therapy is always tailored to the individual, and our approach emphasizes culturally sensitive care and practical strategies that promote lasting personal growth.
Pathway 2 Mental Wellness offers convenient telehealth sessions and is currently accepting new clients. We accept several insurance plans including United HealthCare, United Behavioral Health, Moda Health, and BCBS Marianna Virtual Network, and we also offer options for out-of-network clients seeking flexible access to care.

Individual Counseling
